Catalytic Converter Customer Service is Important

I purchased a catalytic converter for my 2002 Audi A4 back in June and had Independent Audi and Volkswagen Repair install it for me. The check engine light came back on as soon as I left their driveway and the headaches began. After a couple of weeks of trouble shooting it was determined that the O2 sensor was being bent when the bolts were drawn up tight to the manifold.I called the Tech support line and spoke to a great lady who got Mark on the line and my amazement began. I explained the problem to Mark and without any hesitation he called my mechanic Dannie and within a week had my old catalytic converter shipped back to the factory and copied and sent back the new one. I couldn't have been happier that Mark cared enough about his American company to make it right for one sole customer in Tucson,AZ. This was a first for me and I will never forget Mark's integrity.
